Totally unrelated image is totally unrelated

I’ve been hearing a lot(well, you could say that) of announcements lately about second-seasons of a particular series already being green-lit or whatever but that’s not the point here, it’s just that.. Why can those series(who most don’t consider as ‘good’) getting the second season when *inserts a worthy series name here* doesnt?
